Today, in the first of their final three World Cup qualifying matches, Spain takes on Estonia (5/6 in Group 5, only ahead of Armenia). This could prove to be a crucial game for Spain in terms of cementing their spot in South Africa next summer. Pending Spain beats Estonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina fails to overtake Turkey, Spain will automatically qualify for the World Cup. However, if one or none of those conditions pan out, Spain will have to wait until their next game against Armenia on October 10.
The game starts at 4 here in New Jersey, and once again my friends at ESPN360 have decided to show decidedly less important games. However, thanks to the like provided by a good friend, I will be able to stream it from the comfort of my own dorm =]

Del Bosque made a statement earlier in the week that there would be some changes in the lineup, which in the end means that Marcos Senna will start in the midfield and Sergi Busquets will sit the bench, and Fabregas will start instead of Arbeloa(?). I really like Busquets, who also plays for Barcelona, and I hope he sees the field during this game.
The projected lineup otherwise is basically the same from the Belgium game. Villa and Torres will probably maintain the striking positions, Xavi, Senna, Fabregas, and Silva, will compose the midfield, and Albiol, Puyol, Pique, and Capdevila will defend Casillas in goal.
Buena suerte, hombres.
