Bojan Named in U-20 World Cup Team

In more exciting and upbeat news, Bojan Krkic, teenage striker for Barcelona, was named in the 21 players called up for the U-20 World Cup, which is taking place in Egypt this month. Spain's first game will be against Tahiti on September 25.

Krkic was actually called up to play the EuroCup '08 last summer with the men's national team, but turned it down, citing exhaustion and the like. In his defense, he was only 17 at the time, and a kid that age is allowed to enjoy his summer.

I hope I'll get to watch the games somehow, and that this won't effect his playing time with Barcelona. Congrats, Bojan! Here's the full list of the 21 players called up- Bojan is the only one I know.
